Rentals
Faith Baptist has an accessible, modern facility that we are glad to make available for the benefit of our community where possible. When spaces are not in use for church activities other groups, organizations, and individuals may rent them for purposes that are consistent with the mission and objectives of Faith Baptist Church. We have spaces suitable for meetings, concerts, recitals, social events, family celebrations, sport and fitness activities, and other similar programs.

Pricing may be adjusted from the typical rates posted here depending on the specific needs and requirements for your event, particularly if extra church personnel are needed to support it. All facility users must also agree to the rental terms and conditions.
Pickle Ball Court Rentals
Our gym is available for pickle ball court rentals Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays and Sunday afternoons.
Rental terms and conditions must be read prior to bookings.
Pickle ball court rentals are $30/ 2 hour rental. Required in one single payment.
There are two courts available for each time slot. Court (A) & Court (B)
Faith Baptist Church provides the pickle ball nets, but they must be set up by users as well as taken down and returned to storage by last users of the day.
For bookings, please click on “Pickle Ball Calendar” above and enter name into the desired time slot. You will receive a confirmation email when approved. (Be sure to check Junk & Spam folders for this!) Payment will be required after approval.

Additional Rental Spaces & Pricing
Our most commonly rented spaces are described below with typical rental rates. These rates can vary depending on event requirements and a rate for your event will be confirmed after you fill out or download and submit the rental application here.
Sanctuary / Auditorium
Our main auditorium seats up to 250 in comfortable chairs. It has updated audio-visual capabilities including a new digital mixer, remote camera for recording or live-streaming, and an assisted hearing system.
Typical Rental Rate Range:
60-90 minute program with no set-up: $50-100
2-3 hour event: $100-$150
3-6 hour event with set-up and A/V : $400
Board Room
Our board room space seats 20+ at tables and can expand into the auditorium area if more seating is required. The auditorium assisted hearing system can be utilized for meetings in this space and a portable screen and data projector or smart TV are available.
Typical Rental Rate Range:
60-90 meeting with no set-up: $25-40
2-3 hour program: $40-75
Full day event with set-up and A/V : $90-150
Gym / Church Hall
Our gym space is a good size for a variety of functions and sports. Folding tables and new comfortable folding chairs are available to seat 120+. Use of attached kitchen space has additional requirements - contact us for details.
Typical Rental Rate Range:
Hourly Rate with no set-up: $50
Half day event: $150-200
Full day event with set-up: $400
Classrooms / Breakout Rooms
The facility has several additional rooms suitable for smaller meetings, break-out sessions, or children’s programming. These can accommodate 8-16 seated adults depending on the room. Contact us for additional details if you want access to some of these spaces.
Typical Rental Range:
Stand-alone rental: $20-30 shorter rentals, $40-60 for full day.
A reduced rate can be offered if you are renting one or more of these spaces in conjunction with other spaces for a larger event or program.
