The Young at Heart seniors group will resume their activities on Thursday, January 25 at 2:00 pm. The Guest Speaker will be Janice Keefe, Professor and Chair of Family Studies and Gerontology and Director of the NS Centre of Aging. (All Seniors, members and no-members are invited).
