Documents For Our 2025 Semi-Annual Meeting of the Members - October 26th

There is no report book used at the semi-annual meeting, which is typically used for relevant ministry updates and approval of the 2026 budget. This year two version of the draft budget document have been prepared. The long version includes more figures from other time periods for comparison, while the simplified version shows the current budget and projections for this year and doesn’t break down all of the general operating expenses in detail. Both can be viewed or downloaded here along with our business meeting primer document.

The following documents are not required reading for this meeting, but they are included for reference. Below are the current By-Laws approved in 2022 and the Policy and Procedures Manual adopted in April 2023.
